We are a family-owned business from 9 de Julio, Buenos Aires, dedicated with passion and commitment since 1973 to crafting cured meats and pork cuts. Proudly upholding a legacy passed down from our ancestors who journeyed from Calabria with their dreams, recipes, and ambition to flourish. Across three generations in Argentina, these recipes have delighted even the most discerning palates. Through our meticulous care and dedication, we now supply our extensive product line to 9 de Julio and the entire province of Buenos Aires. From our ancestors who came from Italy generations ago to our present-day commitment to carrying on the tradition, the impulse to share our flavors is ingrained in us. Chacinados Urso was born on June 1, 1973.
